WordPress News and other interesting WordPress related posts:
This plugin allows you to create admin notices that will popup for your other uses to see when they login. It is a pretty good way to communicate some notices, changes or other updates that happen to the site in which your users need to know about. You can even styling them with colour codes so they are better noticed when users login.
If you use gravity forms you have at least once used the Gravity custom CSS and to do that you had to add to your custom css. With this plugin it ass a new selector to the appearance tab when editing the fields of your form making the task of using the custom CSS for Gravity Forms an easier task.
Well this one is ahead of the international Pirate day on September 19, 2017 but you may as well be prepared. It is mostly for fun and has no other purpose than that but you can have some sun with it. What it does is change out some words on your site such as the, yes, stagnant, hey, call, crew, clothes, work shy, beggars, afraid which are then changed into Pirate lingo.
So get Ya old pirate lingo set to to concur the high seas of the Internet.
Chatbot for Facebook leverages Personic’s out of the box Chatbot and integrates it with your WordPress site to deliver content via Chatbot to your subscribers.
The content of your blog posts are formatted so that they render correctly in Facebook Messenger. Your blog content is also automatically posted onto your Facebook page.
Chatbots are rapidly becoming the most powerful way that brands connect with their audience. This plugin helps you break into the world of chatbots with Personic's bot creator and integrate it with your WordPress content. I'll be talking about more and more in the Chatbot space as we move along in time with the show. It's something I am very interested in and starting a new company around in the near future.
Sometimes you want to restrict your shop to members or people that are registered customers of your site. With this plugin you simply activate the plugin and users not logged will be redirect to “My Account” page to login or register before they are allowed to see the store. I can think of a hundred different scenarios where you would want to limit your WooCommerce pages to only registered, approved and logged-in users. This set it and forget it plugin is great for doing just that.
WP Blame makes it possible to keep a log of everything that has happened on your WordPress website so you can stay in control, even while your away. Sometimes it can be hard to keep track of everything happening on your website, so WP Blame will log certain actions for you and organize them into a readable table for you to review later on. Whilst this plugin doesn’t keep a log of absolutely everything you can do within WordPress, it keeps a record of most actions.
By default, only changes including but not limited to posts, pages, plugins & themes are logged due to the way WordPress works. If you are using this for a client, there is a whitelist that you can enable to remove yourself from the audit trail. In this circumstance, you might as well call this one client tracker, as you could completely monitor what a client changes in the tracked metrics I spoke about earlier.
