The Lowdown:
Ok in my quest to make my life easier and my clients life easier I have run into a problem with my favorite gallery plugin Nextgen.. So as I was looking for a replacement I came across this plugin. Here was my quandary, my client has employees doing the updates for their website and Facebook and other social connections. I realized that many times they all know how to use Facebook but have some difficulty learning something new like a photo gallery. So when I saw this I though hmm will it solve a couple issues. First the ability to get the photos to their website and next something easy for the employees to use. The only issue I ran into here was that you had to manually place the code for each individual album. They have a premium edition where you can fetch all albums and more but no ability to categorize.

I did come back to this one but bought the premium version and it solved all my issues except the automation maybe suggest that if it is even possible but it doe make handling the photo galleries easier.

The Lowdown:
Well when not happy with one try another so I decided to give this on a shot although it does require creating a Facebook app they are pretty easy to create especially since this past couple week has me creating several for Facebook integration of some sort or another. But alas this one was not to be either since it would only work with posts and only with personal albums what I was after was fan page albums.

This is a simple plugin based on the theme check plugin and it run some of the same automated tests used to check your theme but against your plugins. While not very thorough it at least gives you a starting point to find bad code in your plugins.

Plugin Organizer 2.2.1
- Version: 2.2.1
- Author: Jeff Sterup
- Last Updated: 9 days ago
- Requires WordPress Version: 3.1 or higher
- Compatible up to: 3.4.1
- Downloaded: 8,794 times
- WordPress.org Plugin Page »
- Plugin Homepage »
The Lowdown:
This is a great plugin for organizing the order in which your plugins load and run and the ability to even have them not load site-wide except on specific pages. This gives you total control over your plugins and if you're having an issue with page load times or conflicts this may be your answer to curing that problem. You can arrange the plugin load on the plugin page by simply dragging and dropping the order. You can also arrange your plugins into groups and load by group. You can also selectively disable any plugin based on a specific url on your site. I may be delusional but I do believe my site loads a bit faster after I put this in there and played with the plugin load order a bit. If you use this let us know your experience..

Multiple Passwords for Protected Pages
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/baw-multiple-pass-for-protected-pages/
Add more than 1 password to your protected pages, also administrators and page's authors can view the protected pages without password.
You can now add passwords as many as you need on every protected page.
Why? Because you can protect page and give your client a personal password, not just a random password or everyone. If you are logged as admin or the page's author, you won't need to enter password. If you set a list of child pages, just change any password (parent page or any child) and all the password for the hierarchy will be updated!

Server cache is a mechanism for the temporary storage (caching) of HTML pages, to reduce server load and reduce loading lag. When somebody open your page, this page is sent to him. But there is also created a copy of it. When second visitor open same page, saved copy is send without slow rebuilding.
Browser cache is mechanism for the caching files like images in browser. If someone visit site, all images in design are saved into browser cache. Second visited page is loaded faster, because browser does not ask for images, that was loaded before. But it works only on better server or with Vitamin.
There are a few default rules or you may add new to block all bad guys, which want to hack your site.
