Advanced Cron Manager – debug & control
Freemium plugin now pro version 39.90 euros
Submitted by Jakub Mikita
https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-cron-manager/
The Lowdown:
This plugin was first reviewed by Marcus in Episode 161 back in Feb 2014, http://wppluginsatoz.com/google-authorship-background-galleries-chron-job-editing-special-guest-garth-koyle-event-espresso/ and has been brought back to our attention by the developer. So what does it do.
You can use it to monitor your cron jobs and even create new ones. You can use it to manually fire cron jobs individually or in bulk. The pro version can help you determine issues with your crons and discover if they are impacting your sites performance which does happen. It looks to give you some great control over cron jobs and after the rebuild I will report back with how it works.

It allows you to send the notifications from the back-end of your WordPress websites vs. the other guys who you have to go to their platform and send the notification. If you use or have been thinking of using push notifications this might be one to try out.
